Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday through Wednesday. Some products are made to order and may add a couple of days to processing. We’ll contact you if your order will take more than a week to arrive.

Most orders ship via UPS 2-day (East/Midwest) or UPS 3-day (West/Mountain states). We don’t ship Thursday through Sunday to protect temperature-sensitive items.

All HANDS products are anhydrous, meaning they are made without water. This allows formulations to be made without preservatives, emulsifiers or thickeners. As a result, these products may be a thicker/less watery consistency than commercial products you with which you are accustomed.  This also allows the active botanicals to be more available to your skin, and presents the cleanest formulas possible. As a result, extra care also needs to be taken to not allow water to enter the jar.
