Thanks for shopping at Hands! Sorry, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please let me know and I will see how I can help on a case by case basis. I assume that you carefully read my descriptions and ingredients before you decide to buy my products to make sure they are both safe and enjoyable for you.

Due to the nature of these small-batch, all-natural products, please understand that the color, texture, and scent of each product may vary somewhat between batches. The best efforts are made to keep your favorite products consistent, but changes may be unavoidably necessary based on factors such as ingredient sourcing availability.

Please read ingredients and directions of each product before using, and test on a small area of your skin before slathering on! Also, remember these products are made without any chemical preservatives, emulsifiers, stabilizers or thickeners, so they will change consistency and possibly melt if you keep them near a heat source. The oils will also deteriorate much more quickly if you keep them in the sun. Products can be kept in your refrigerator to preserve them between uses and even extend their life, or if you live with lots of warmth and windows.

If you are new to completely natural skin care products, please allow some time for your skin to adjust. If you are new to natural deodorant, you may need to do an armpit detox with bentonite clay to remove build-up of commercial deodorant, bacteria, & toxins that may have accumulated before our natural deodorant can work. If you have any type of reaction or irritation to any of our products, please stop using and contact me immediately.

Damaged Items

Every effort is made to package your items carefully to prevent damage, with the most eco-friendly packaging material available. Though I can't control the package handling once it leaves me, I will take responsibility for any broken item. Please contact me as soon as possible for a replacement. I will request some details as well as a picture to help determine the cause and implement future preventative measures.
