Important Alert: Seaweed contains iodine, do not use if you have an iodine allergy.

1. Prepare: Gather a bowl, wooden spoon, and towel.
2. Mix: Scoop desired amount into bowl. Add warm water and mix to your preferred consistency.
3. Apply: Apply to face, avoiding the eye area.
4. Mist or Exfoliate: As the mask dries, mist with water or gently exfoliate with damp hands.
5. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with warm water or a damp washcloth.
6. Dry: Gently pat your face dry.

• Do not let the mask dry completely on your face.
• Use 1-2 times per week.
• Occasional breakouts are normal as toxins are drawn out.
